Workflow:
- Decomposition: Assets are broken down into decorative modules (e.g., legs, ornaments). Clean orthographic projections are generated using Nano Banana 2.
- High-to-Mid Poly Remesh: 2M-polygon meshes are generated in Tripo AI, followed by a smart remesh down to 50k. This retains significantly more detail than generating directly at lower poly counts.
- Automated Masking: AI is used to create high-contrast B&W ID maps, enabling precise material separation (e.g., gold vs. enamel) in 3ds Max.
- Hybrid Assembly: Simple, technical geometry (e.g., tabletops) is modeled manually for perfect topology. AI-generated decor is integrated as ready-to-use modules or exact retopology templates.
- Speed: Production time cut to 3–4 hours per complex model.
- Cost-Efficiency: Delivers high-end, custom-dimensioned models at a fraction of traditional manual sculpting costs.
